Approche sensorimotrice et théorie de l'attachement: au cœur du dialogue tonique

    The theoretical framework of André Bullinger highlighted, in a so sophisticated and innovative way, how the human development can be envisaged as a precision engineering leading to lively systems. His last theoretical elaboration was focused on the force of gravity and treatment of vestibular flow as one of the most important task for the baby in order to find an appropriate posture to interact with the environment. Our subjectivity, the way we become a lively system, and a thinking and feeling being, is closely associated with our condition of human being on this planet with its physical and ecological particularities. We have to straight up against gravity and to "afford" these particularities and Bullinger was so conscious of how hard could be this work when sensorial, motor deficit occur as well as when the representative elaboration can't occur. The present paper focuses on some conceptualizations according to the sensorimotor approach and the potential links with attachment theory in order to understand human development. Particularly, the importance of the tonic dialog during the first weeks of life as a crucial opportunity to experiment reassurance towards tactile contact as well as the difference between the external vs. internal faces of the organism we live in will be discussed.

    Les fondements théoriques élaborés par André Bullinger mettent en évidence, d'une façon à la fois sophistiquée et novatrice, comment le développement humain peut être conçu comme une véritable mécanique de précision permettant l'émergence du vivant. L'une de ses dernières élaborations scientifiques évoque la force de la gravité et la nécessité pour le bébé de traiter les flux vestibulaires comme l'une des tâches développementales les plus importantes pour l'enfant, en particulier en ce qui concerne ses possibilités d'ajustement postural en vue de réaliser des actions finalisées. Notre subjectivité, la façon dont on s'organise en tant que système vivant, pensant et ressentant, est intimement liée avec notre façon d'habiter notre planète avec ses particularités physiques et écologiques spécifiques. Nous avons à nous ériger face à ces contraintes particulières et Bullinger était très conscient de la difficulté que cela peut représenter pour des sujets touchés dans leur intégrité physique ou dans leurs capacités d'élaboration représentative. Le présent article s'intéresse à certaines des conceptualisations théoriques les plus originales de l'approche sensorimotrice en cherchant à lier cela à certains éléments de la théorie de l'attachement, ceci dans le but de mieux comprendre le développement du tout-petit. En particulier, sera discutée l'importance du dialogue tonique en tant qu'expérience cruciale d'apaisement dans le contact corporel et de différenciation des faces internes et externes de l'organisme.
