La incorporación a los oficios artesanales, la endogamia corporativa de sus maestros, el control de sus cargos y los pleitos intragremiales resultan capitales a la hora de comprender mejor la evolución de los ritmos del mundo del trabajo manufacturero castellano de Antiguo Régimen. El retorno gremial pone de manifiesto que aquella fórmula laboral y productiva para atender las demandas de los consumidores no era sinónimo de atraso cuando sus prácticas cotidianas solían sobrepasar la normativa legal.

The addition to the crafts, corporative inbreeding of teachers, control of their charges and lawsuits between guilds are important aspects when it comes to a better understanding of the evolution of the rhythms in the world of the manufacturing jobs of the Castilians of Ancient Regime. The return of the guild shows that labor and production formula of meeting consumer demands was not a synonym of backwardness when their daily practices used to exceed the legal regulations.
