    Kierkegaard se entendió a sí mismo como un pensador religioso, llamado a refundar el cristianismo sobre la base de la singularidad existente. El cristianismo que él profesa y defiende no tiene que ver con el Cristo histórico, ni con la Iglesia y sus dogmas, sino que se constituye dialécticamente por la autoconciencia misma de la subjetividad, devenida absoluta. Las siguientes páginas intentarán explicar por qué tal concepción, lejos de ser compatible con la ortodoxia cristiana, introduce una nueva conciencia religiosa, que podríamos llamar –por semejanza posmoderna– “cristianismo sin cristianismo”.

    Kierkegaard understood himself as a religious thinker, called to refound Christianity on the basis of existent singularity. The conception of Christianity Kierkegaaard believes and supports, has not to do with the historical Christ, neither the Church nor its dogmas, but it constitutes dialectically by the selfconscious subjectivity become absolute. The following pages aim at explaining why that conception, far from being compatible with orthodox Christianity, introduces a new religious consciousness, which I could call –in consonance with Posmodernity– “Christianity without Christianity”.
