El objetivo de esta aportación es ofrecer una nueva visión de cómo conseguir empresas que sepan aprovechar la creatividad de sus trabajadores, para reinventarse y mejorar cada día. Sabemos que todas las personas son creativas por naturaleza, pero la mayoría de las veces no lo manifiestan. Es un don que permanece oculto en el entorno laboral.
El fundamento de esta visión especulativa tiene su origen en el poder innato del Sistema Creativo del ser humano que está compuesto por el Cerebro, el Corazón y la Conciencia.
Si se conoce los secretos de este fascinante Sistema, entonces la creatividad de los sujetos fluirá constantemente en todas las tareas.

The aim of this contribution is to offer a new vision on how to ensure that companies seize the creativity of its employees, so that they reinvent themselves and improve every day. We know that all people are creative by nature, but most of the time they don´t show it. It is a gift that remains hidden when in the workplace.
The foundation of this speculative vision originates from the innate power of the Creative System of the human being. This Creative System consists of the Brain, the Heart and the Conscience. If the secrets of this fascinating system are known, then the creativity of the people will constantly flow while performing all their tasks.
