In front of that metamorphis it is unwavering and urgent an interventation of the legislator, called to define such delicate matter

Il giudicato penale, grazie ai ripetuti interventi delle Sezioni Unite, sta mutando fisionomia, abbandonando i rigidi confini che, da sempre, hanno contraddistinto la sua struttura. Di fronte a tale metamorfosi è indefettibile ed urgente l’intervento del legislatore, chiamato a porre un punto fermo in una materia così delicata.
