Acest articol pune accentul pe importanta si principiile de proiectare a posturilor in managementul resurselor umane din cadrul organizatiilor si institutiilor de asistenta sociala. Sunt precizate caracteristicile obiective si subiective ale proiecta rii posturilor, precum si strategiile de proiectare si reproiectare ale acestora, cu implicatiile pe care le presupun pentru salariat, grupul de munca si organizatie ca intreg. O atentie speciala este acordata relatiei dintre proiectarea posturilor, motivatia si satisfactia muncii angajatilor, cu precadere a asistentilor sociali.
This article emphasizes the importance and principles of jobs design in human resource management within social work organizations and institutions. The objective and subjective characteristics of jobs design are presented and also the main job designing and redesigning strategies together with their consequences for the employee, work group and the organizations as a whole. A special attention is focused on the relationship between the jobs design, motivation and work satisfaction of the employees, especially of social workers.
