    Análisis del alcance social y espacial de la evolución en el modo de entender el Derecho a la vivienda desde su incorporación en la Declaración de los Derechos Humanos en 1948. Entendido primero sólo como derecho a un cobijo sano y seguro, es hoy un elemento irrenunciable del Derecho a la Ciudad o a una vida digna en un entorno sostenible. Cambio conceptual cuya evolución y significado reflejan con claridad los lemas del Día Mundial del Hábitat. Instrumento de UN-HABITAT para exponer lo que considera que deben ser las políticas orientadas a la solución de los problemas del hábitat.

    Analysis of the social and spatial effect of the evolution in the way of understanding the Right to Shelter since its incorporation in the Declaration of Human Rights in 1948. Understood first only as right to a healthy and sure house, now is considered an indispensable element of the Right of the City or the right to a decent life in a sustainable environment. The evolution and meaning of this conceptual change reflect with clarity the slogans of the World Habitat Day. UN-HABITAT tool to expose what it thinks that should be the policies aimed at solving the problems of habitat.
