  • The article considers the management jargon acronym VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. The need for managers to recognize and respond to the different circumstances posed by each of the four situations within the acronym is discussed. Examples are presented of business situations and responses to them for each of the four conditions
