    The tax base has recently become an important issue for tax avoidance and tax optimization in both public and private companies. Taking the example of the fiscal choices made by Google, reducing its profits in order to minimize its taxes, has revealed a certain level of tax "unpatriotism ".

    Depuis peu la matière imposable est devenue un enjeu important d'évitement de I'irnpôt ou d'optimisation fiscale des entreprises qu'elles soient publiques ou qu'elles soient privées. À travers I'exemple des choix fiscaux de la société Google, un certain « incivisme» fiscal se cristallise par le fait pour cette entreprise de réduire ses profits afin de minimiser son irnpôt.
