  • The article offers information on the roundtable discussion focused on international dispute resolution hosted by Peter Hirst, global arbitration co-chairman of Clyde & Co., during the General Counsel Strategy Summit in Portugal. Topics discussed include need of protection of future arbitration in commercial contracts, laws which may govern a contract and its arbitration clause and the wages system of arbitrators
