  • Organizational communication is a field of knowledge, a professional practice and also a social process presented in all types of organizations. It is the phenomenon of communication best addressed in under graduate and degree students dissertations, in Antioquia- Colombia. This article presents the issues, theoretical frameworks, the most referenced authors, the research methodologies used in the inquiries, as well as the type of organization required for analysis.This article is another product by the Observatory of communication, of Politécnico Colombiano Jaime Isaza Cadavid.
