Savall - Dysfonctionnements, coûts et performances cachés dans l'entreprise Cet article se propose de révéler l'importance quantitative et qualitative des coûts cachés liés aux dysfonctionnements dans l'entreprise (absentéisme, turn-over, défaut de qualité des produits..) Cette démarche conduit à une réflexion sur la notion d'efficience et sur la compatibilité entre objectifs économiques et objectifs sociaux.

    A.Martinet et H.Savall - Dysfunction, hidden costs and performances in the enterprise The purpose of this article is to show the qualitative and quantitative importance of unseen costs in the organization which are related to dysfunctions (absenteism, workers turn-over,...). After this, a reflexion on the concept of efficiency is driven, and the compatibility between economic and social goals is discussed.
