Resumen de La nueva lingüística de Ortega y Gasset. Una comparación con Amor Ruibal y Husserl

El texto hará un recorrido sobre la Nueva Lingüística de Ortega y Gasset denominada Teoría del Decir que tiene como puntos clave la oposición al estructuralismo y el carácter especulativo dentro de la filosofía del lenguaje. Posteriormente serán trazados los puntos de encuentro (y desencuentro) de la Teoría del Decir con los planteamientos del filósofo y lingüista gallego Ángel Amor Ruibal y con los presupuestos lingüísticos del filósofo alemán Edmund Husserl.

The text will go over Ortega y Gasset’s New Linguistics and the so-called ‘Theory of Saying’. As per the latter, the disagreement with structuralism and the speculative, or theoretical, nature inside the Philosophy of Language are the key elements. Secondly, the areas of common ground (and divergence) in the ‘Theory of Saying’ will be outlined and compared with the ideas of Angel Amor Ruibal, a Galician philosopher and linguist, and also with the German philosopher Edmund Husserl’s linguistic hypotheses
