Resumen de Metodología docente aplicada en el área de Derecho constitucional de la UNED: el tutor de apoyo en red

En este trabajo se recoge la experiencia como Tutora de Apoyo en Red (TAR) en el curso virtual de la asignatura de “Teoría del Estado Constitucional” del Grado en Derecho de la UNED. La adaptación al nuevo Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior (EEES) ha implicado la necesaria transformación del proceso de aprendizaje a un entorno más dinámico y complejo donde el protagonismo lo ostenta el propio alumno. En este contexto, la UNED ha creado la figura del TAR como dinamizador de los cursos virtuales y necesario intermediario entre los equipos docentes, los tutores y los alumnos tanto en Grados como en Posgrados.

In this paper is to discuss the experience as a Tutor Support Network (TAR) in the virtual course of the subject "Teoría del Estado Constitucional" of the Degree in Law from the UNED. The adaptation to the new European Higher Education Area (EHEA) has involved the necessary transformation of the learning process to a more dynamic and complex environment where the protagonist is held by the student. In this context, UNED has created the figure of TAR as a revitalizing for the virtual courses and necessary intermediary between the teaching staff, tutors and students in both grades as in postgraduate studies.
