Resumen de Cumplimiento de normativa de las TIC por parte de las sociedades públicas mercantiles

Ciertamente es habitual encontrarse con sociedades públicas que o bien desconocen la normativa que les resulta de aplicación en el ámbito de las tecnologías de la información y de las comunicaciones o bien la conocen pero no la cumplen o no la aplican o interpretan correctamente.
Es abundante la normativa a tener en cuenta en este ámbito, por eso, a efectos de este trabajo haremos referencia a la que desde nuestro punto de vista resulta más significativa, siendo conscientes de la carga de subjetividad que conlleva su elección y del riesgo de dejar sin analizar otras normas que pudieran ser asimismo aplicables a las sociedades públicas. De esta forma, aquellas personas que gestionan o trabajan en este tipo de sociedades podrán disponer de una información práctica que les permita desarrollar la actividad propia de la Entidad cumpliendo la normativa básica que han de tener en cuenta.

Certainly it is habitual to meet public companies that or they do not know the regulation that they ensues from application in the area of the technologies of the information and of the communications or know her but do not fulfill it or do not apply or interpret it correctly.
The regulation is abundant to bearing in mind in this area, because of it, to effects of this work we will refer to the one that from our point of view turns out to be more significant, being conscious of the load of subjectivity that carries his choice and of the risk of stopping without analyzing other procedure that could be likewise applicable to the public companies. Of this form, those persons who manage or are employed at this type of companies will be able to have a practical information that allows them to develop the own activity of the Entity fulfilling the basic regulation that they have to bear in mind.
