ún siguen siendo muchas las carencias y limitaciones en Educación Física que prevalecen en la actualidad frente a otras Ciencias mucho más consolidadas en el tiempo por su largo recorrido histórico. Consciente de estas limitaciones ponemos de manifiesto unas fuentes fidedignas para nuestra consolidación, y es el Siglo VI y principios del VII el conducto de todas ellas a través de uno de los personajes más importantes de la cultura cristiana. Las Etimologías serán nuestro objeto de estudio y el nexo de unión con la Actividad Física y el Deporte actuales.

They are still many gaps and limitations in Physical Education that currently prevail over other more established sciences in time in their history. Aware of these limitations we show some reliable sources for our building and is the sixth century and the beginning of the seventh through all of them through one of the most important of Christian culture. The Etymologies our object of study and link with the Sport and Physical Activity today
