No han solido ser materia de discusión teológica documentos como el rescriptode “dispensa del celibato sacerdotal” emitido por la Congregación del Clero. Sinembargo, sus elementos doctrinales y la pertinente concreción disciplinar hacenparte esencial de la manera como, en la iglesia católica romana, continuaránviviendo su fe quienes lo han recibido. Un examen atento del texto, que releve enél tanto la presencia de los criterios evangélicos como sus posibles ausencias enel contexto de las indispensables referencias históricas a la cuestión del celibatoministerial y con atención al magisterio conciliar de Vaticano II, contribuye a unreplanteamiento teológico, y en consecuencia canónico, de este tipo de medidasadministrativas en la iglesia.

It does not have tended to be a matter of theological discussion documents asthe “dispensation from priestly celibacy” Rescript issued by the Congregationfor the clergy. However, its doctrinal elements and the relevant implementationdiscipline are an essential part of the way, as in the Roman Catholic Church, theywill continue to live their faith who have received it. An attentive examination ofthe text that relieve in the both the presence of the Evangelical criteria as hispossible absence, in the context of the indispensable historical references tothe question of ministerial celibacy and with attention to the conciliar teachingof Vatican II, contributes a rethinking theological, and as a result canonical, thiskind of administrative measures in the Church
