Resumen de Los rituales de ofrenda y la solarización del culto funerario en la tumba de Neferhotep (TT49)

  En el presente trabajo abordamos los rituales de ofrenda en el contexto de la tumba privada del funcionario Neferhotep (TT 49). Partimos de las expresiones iconográficas ubicadas en tres de las caras de cada uno de los cuatro pilares de la capilla de la tumba. En ellas encontramos al propietario, Neferhotep, así como a su esposa Merytra, con ofrendas a los dioses Ra-Horakhty, Osiris y Anubis y a la pareja Amenhotep I y Ahmes Nefertari. Nos interesa comprender la relación entre la acción de ofrecer, los dioses o reyes presentes y el espacio arquitectónico. Esta acción es entendida como un ritual cuya función religiosa funeraria es habilitar al difunto para el acceso al Más Allá. Adquiere significación dentro del renovado programa decorativo luego de la reforma amarniana en tanto muestra la vinculación más estrecha del difunto con los dioses y el proceso de solarización del mundo osiriano.

  The offering rituals and the solarization of the funerary cult in the tomb of Neferhotep (TT 49) In this paper, we consider the offering rituals in the context of the official Neferhotep’s private tomb (TT 49), based on the iconographic expressions located on three sides of each of the four pillars inside the tomb’s chapel. On them we find the owner, Neferhotep, as well as his wife Merytra with offerings for the deities Ra-Horakhty, Osiris, Anubis as well as for Amenhotep I and Ahmes Nefertari. We are interested in gaining an understanding of the relationship between the action of making an offering, the depicted gods or kings and the architectural space. This action is understood as a ritual whose religious and funerary function is to enable the deceased to access the Beyond, and it acquires significance within the renewed decorative programme after the Amarna reforms, insofar as it shows the closer relation of the deceased with the gods and the process of solarization of the Osirian world.
