Conmutación centrípeta-centrífuga: ¿es la vocación productiva una motivación para conmutar?

    En este trabajo se analiza si existe una "vinculación" del tipo "productivo-demográfico" entre los Centros Nodales Primados (Valdivia, Osorno y Puerto Montt) insertos en la zona de influencia del Parque Nacional Puyehue (PNP) con la comuna de Puyehue. La relación "vinculante" se determina cotejando las "vocaciones productivas" de las primeras con la "conmutación" que se da "hacia y desde" la segunda. La información utilizada proviene del CENSO año 2002 (Censo02), de la Encuesta Nacional de Caracterización Socioeconómica año 2009 (Casen09) y de la Nueva Encuesta Suplementaria de Ingresos años 2010 y 2012 (Nesi10 y 12). Las vocaciones productivas se identifican utilizando tablas input-output de los años 2007 y 2012. La dinámica e interacción de los conmutantes se contrasta utilizando matrices de balance demográfico. Los resultados revelan vocaciones poco funcionales al PNP y que, para incrementar la población laboral en zonas donde esta es baja, se deben mejorar los ingresos.

    This text analyses if there is a "productive-demographic" link between the priority-given hubs in the area of influence ofPuyehue National Park (PNP) -Valdivia, Osorno and Puerto Montt- and the Puyehue Commune. The linking relation is determined by comparison of the "productive vocations" of the former with the "commutation" produced "from and to" the latter. The information was obtainedfrom the 2002 Census (Censo02), 2009 National Poll ofSocioeconomic Characterisation (Casen09) and the New Supplementary Income Poll of 2010 & 2012 (Nesi10 and 12). The productive vocations were identified using input-output charts of the years 2007 and 2012. The interaction and dynamic of the commuters was contrasted with the use of demographic balance matrixes. The results reveal vocations with little functionality to the PNP, and in order to increase the working population in areas where there is lack of it, incomes ought to be better.
