    La rehabilitación de obras arquitectónicas en Chile está fuertemente informada por la ocurrencia de terremotos. La falta de instrumentos reguladores y la fragmentación de las políticas públicas han limitado estas actuaciones a las emergencias, postergando acciones anticipadas y planificadas.

    The rehabilitation of architectural works in Chile is strongly informed by the occurrence of earthquakes. The lack of regulatory instruments and the fragmentation of public policies have limited these projects to emergencies, delaying anticipated, planned actions.
