El Diálogo Apreciativo (DA) es una nueva teoría del cambio con una visión sistémica que busca lo mejor de la gente y sus organizaciones. Es un camino hacia la innovación positiva en lugar de a la negatividad y la crítica. Uno de sus pilares es el diálogo, como lenguaje positivo, que busca en la memoria historias de éxito para afrontar situaciones difíciles. El DA se aplica en varias áreas organizacionales y en temas amplios y complejos como el desarrollo comunitario y la resolución de conflictos. Este artículo es una propuesta del DA para facilitar conversaciones entre todos/as los que viven y trabajan en el barrio, para que se sientan pertenecientes a él y expongan ideas de cómo desean que sea.

Appreciative Inquiry (DA) is a new theory of change with a systemic view of seeking the best in people and their organizations. It is a way of using positive innovation rather than negativity and criticism. One of its pillars is dialogue as positive language, which searches memory bank success stories to deal with difficult situations. In any conversation the questioner is the guide. If we insist on what is not working, it will be installed, but if we focus on the strengths, they will appear. The DA is applied in various organizational areas and in large and complex issues such as community development and conflict resolution. This article is a DA proposal to facilitate discussions between all who live and work in the neighborhood, to encourage a sense of belonging and to put forward their ideas of how they want it to be.
