    El presente artículo lleva a cabo una revisión his toriográfica sobre la cuestión del millarés, lo más completa y rigurosa posible. Se an alizan las distintas aportaciones que han realizado los diferentes autores que han tratado el tema, desde las primeras publicaciones en el siglo XVIII, hasta nuestros días. Ello permitirá un a actualización del conocimiento que tenemos hasta la fecha de esta importante moneda.
