  • Among moralistic Galician-Portuguese sirventes, were selected five related to the political songs. They are invectives against peninsular nobles, whose attitudes oppose the nobilitas of character. These invectives do not anticipate redemption. Evil there appears as an existing force, an influence of the Cathar heresy.
