Resumen de O corpo é meu: Analisando narrativas jornalísticas e o desenquadre do gênero

Neste trabalho, apresento uma análise discursiva da narrativa jornalística sobre uma pessoa transgênero em um texto materializado no gênero "reportagem jornalística impressa". O texto foi publicado, em maio de 2013, na revista RG (Registro Geral do que interessa), publicação mensal da Carta Editorial. O texto analisado é matéria de capa e tem como chamada o enunciado "LEA T, dá um close nela!". Em termos metodológicos, segue-se um modelo transdisciplinar integracionisla, uma vez que dialoga com outras áreas que agem de forma interdependente, envolvendo princípios integrativos específicos de trabalho para problematizar as questões sócio-discursivas. O que proponho aqui é a integração dos estudos sobre identidades de gênero, corpo e sexualidade - tal como desenvolvidos no campo da Sociologia do Corpo (Le Breton, 2010) e da Teoria Queer (Buder, 2002, 2008) - com os estudos discursivos críticos. Esta investigação apresenta contribuição da análise discursiva textualmente orientada (Chouliaraki e Fairclough, 1999; Fairclough, 2001, 2003) para compreendermos como a mídia problematiza as questões que envolvem o corpo diferente/ excludo/marginalizado (aquele que não atende aos padrões hegemônicos e essencialistas).

In this paper, I present a discourse analysis of a journalistic narrative about a transgender in a text materialized in the genre "printed magazine report". The text was published in May 2013, in the monthly magazine RG (General Registration of what matters), produced by Carta Editorial. The text analyzed is the cover story, and its headline is: "LEA T, take a close [-up] at her". In methodological terms, this work follows an integrationist and trans-disciplinary model for it dialogues with other areas which act interdependently involving specific integrative principies of work to problematize socio-discursive issues. My purpose is to integrate the studies on gender identities, body and sexuality as developed by the Sociology of the Body (Le Breton, 2010) and the Queer Theory (Butler, 2002, 2008), as well as the critical discourse studies. This research presents the contribution of textually oriented discourse analysis (Fairclough & Chouliaraki, 1999; Fairclough, 2001, 2003) to understand how media discusses the issues surrounding me different/excluded/marginalized body (one that does not fit the hegemonic and essentialist standards).
