  • The Danish city of Aarhus started 20 years ago a long and careful process of renovation of its waterfront. The key piece in this effort, that will be completed later this year, is Dokk1, a library where one can see only a few books around, but where thousand of people gather, play, study, work and enjoy themselves. The very model of what a library should be in the 21st century .
