    En este breve artículo trataremos de elaborar el binomio «lenguaje y automatismo». Principalmente, destacaremos la importancia del «automatismo mental» en la psicosis y la relación que este fenómeno tiene con el lenguaje. Para ello, utilizamos el ejemplo de la alucinación verbal; enmarcamos las consecuencias que ésta tiene en la nosología;

    analizamos la cuestión de las palabras impuestas en el ser hablante; y, tratamos de responder a por qué algunos, no todos, están locos.

    In this short article we will try to develop the binomial «language and automatism». Mainly, we highlight the importance of «mental automatism» in psychosis and the relationship of this phenomenon with the language. To do this, we use the example of verbal hallucination; We framed the consequences it has on the nosology; We analyze the question of the imposed words on the speaker being; and we try to answer why some, not-all, are crazy.
