  • In this article I tried to find traces of neo-conservatist model in İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality in Turkey. So that firstly I tried to explain significant collaboration between liberalism and conservatism in neoliberal context. After I tried to evaluate İstanbul Metropalitan Municipality to see neo-conversatist administration’s effects on local governments based on market orientation rationale. I tried to explain that gendered discourse strengthened because of this administration rationale. I tried to evaluate this matter profoundly I mentioned Women Comission of RP (Welfare Party) and KKM  (Women Coordination Centre) at İstanbul Metroplalitan Municipality as examples of conservatist political organization models of women.
