    La investigación parte de la problemática de Identificar las principales carencias e insuficiencias de la regulación de los derechos fundamentales a partir de un estudio de los principales instrumentos jurídicos de la misma y de la Unión Africana siendo el Órgano rector de la región, tomando como referencia a la Unión Europea y otros organismos internacionales con el mismo fin. Permite un acercamiento desde las Uniones Europea y Africana; el tratamiento de los derechos humanos de la CEDEAO: una visión desde Cabo Verde (país miembro de la CEDEAO, seleccionado por sus logros político, económico y social, siendo el único de la CEDEAO que nunca ha sufrido golpe de Estado); que permita elaborar una propuesta de perfeccionamiento del tratamiento de los derechos humanos en la CEDEAO con incidencia en el ordenamiento constitucional de sus Estados Miembros.

You allow an approach from the European Unions and African; The treatment of the human rights of the CEDEAO: A vision from Green Cabo (member country of the CEDEAO, selected candidate for his political, cost-reducing and social achievements, coming the only one from the CEDEAO that never has suffered coup d’état); That it allow elaborating a proposal of perfecting of the treatment of the human rights in the CEDEAO with incidence in his Been Members' constitutional organizing.
