Resumen de Estética en prótesis cementada sobre implantes y sobre dientes naturales combinando ambas

  Presentamos un caso con espacio edéntulo correspondiente a la zona 23-24-25 y 26; para ser sustituido con prótesis sobre implantes. Se trata de un paciente bruxómano, y con los dientes antero-superiores muy desgastados. Se decide rehabilitar al paciente con una prótesis fija sobre tres implantes y un extremo libre y al mismo tiempo colocar un puente fijo sobre muñones naturales en la zona 12-11-21-22. Teniendo siempre en cuenta lo importante que es la estética en este caso.

  We are presenting a case of a space without teeth corresponding to the zone 23, 24, 25 and 26; to be sustituded with prothesis on implants.

  This is about a patient who gnashes his teech. He also has his anterior-superior teeth very worn. We decide to rehabilitate the patient with a fixed prothesis on three implants with one end free, and at the same time, place a fixed bridge on a natural stump on the zone 12, 11, 21, 22. Always bearingin mind the importance of aesthetics in this case.
