  • The article discusses attempts being made but he Rwandan government to cement their grip on power by building museums to maintain their grip on power rather then let them just commemorate the history of the country. Topics include the relevance of the Kigali Genocide Memorial in Kigali, Rwanda which was built to honor the memories of those that lost their lives in the 1994 Kigali genocide, and the many international leaders who have endorsed the memorial and what it signifies like U.N.
