Almost th lrty years have gone by slnce the genetic information of DNA to identlfy all living systems and its application offered to criminal investigation was dlscovered.
Regardless of the dally use of It, we should not forget the scientific, technlcal and legal great effort which makes the DNA a powerful tool to both, the police force and the judiciary system providing a very solid base to establish the sentence which will allow the everyday constltutional mandate, in its article 117, to come into being, "Judging and enforcing the judgement".
