In this text the authors analyse the actuality of the questions about"lay-analysis". They conclude that the analysis is lay because it obeys the law of the structure of the unconscious and of castration. Therefore, psychoanalytical formation and transmission must be sustained by this knowledge and by this truth.

O trabalho analisa a atualidade das questões em torno da "análise leiga". Conclui que a análise é leiga porque obedece à lei da estrutura do inconsciente e da castração. Portanto, formação e transmissão psicanalíticas devem ser sustentadas por este saber e por esta verdade.
