    Si se recorta la mirada a la esfera educativa (el aspecto que más interesa en este artículo), se advierte que Roca intenta en su segundo gobierno un cambio drástico en el sistema de instrucción pública vigente, con el objeto de quebrar la función exclusivamente política de la educación y crear otro sistema a partir de los postulados alberdianos.

    If we focus on the educational field, which is the one we are more interested in, we can see that Roca, during his second presidency, tries to make a drastic change in the public educational system in order to eliminate the exclusively political function of the education and create another system following Alberdian postulates.
