  Nuestro estudio pretende conocer las puntuaciones obtenidas en inteligencia emocional autoinformada y afectos en los participantes del mismo, y establecer la existencia de diferencias significativas en las valoraciones obtenidas en función de las variables sociodemográficas consideradas. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 132 estudiantes de educación primaria. A todos ellos se les administró el cuestionario EQi-YV de Inteligencia Emocional Autopercibida y la Escala de Afectos Positivos y Negativos para niños y adolescentes –PANASN-. Se ha realizado un estudio descriptivo de las dimensiones consideradas en los instrumentos y un análisis para la obtención de diferencias significativas (pruebas t y ANOVA) entre las variables sociodemográficas.

  This research aims to determine the scores on self-reported emotional intelligence and affections in the same participants, and to verify if there are significant differences in their valuations in terms of the sociodemographic variables considered. The sample consisted of 132 elementary school students. All patients were given the EQi-YV and self-perceived Emotional Intelligence questionary and the Positive and Negative Affect Scale for Children and Adolescents-PANASN. We performed a descriptive study of the dimensions considered in the research tools and analysis in order to obtain significant differences (t-tests and ANOVA) between sociodemographic variables.
