  • The article discusses the impact that climate change has on the development of a drier world, including the role that aerosol emissions play in global dimming and the water supply. The effect that climatic change has on reduced rainfall, agriculture and droughts is discussed. The authors argue that governments should develop policies that reduce aerosol emissions.
