  • The article discusses what is referred to as secular stagnation of the world economic conditions, including in regard to saving, investing, economic growth and low rates of inflation. An overview of the impact that governments' fiscal policies have on economic conditions, including the role of fiscal policies in managing financial stability, is provided.
