    El presente trabajo describe una investigación que analiza la motivación de un grupo de estudiantes de Cuarto Año Medio Diferenciado en Chile ante la recepción de poemas visuales y objetos poéticos del poeta catalán Joan Brossa con el fin de ayudar a la comprensión del proceso de identidad que han vivido ambas culturas: catalana y chilena. Con este fin se llevó a cabo una secuencia didáctica para promover la vinculación de los poemas con el proceso histórico vivido en Chile durante los años 1973 y 1989. La investigación intentó determinar el grado de aceptación de este tipo de obra y poder introducir, a través de ella, el tema de la memoria en Chile y, si es factible, utilizar la creación brossiana como recurso didáctico en el aula que facilita la comprensión y conexión entre los distintos procesos de formación de identidad.

    This paper describes an investigation that analyzes the motivation in a group of students of differential fourth grade in Chile, when receive visual poems and poetic objects of the Catalan poet Joan Brossa in order to understand the process of identity that have experience both cultures, Catalan and Chilean. According to this, carried out a teaching sequence to promote bonding of the poems with the historical process in Chile during the years 1973 and 1989. The research attempted to determine the acceptability of this kind of work and with this, be able to introduce the theme of memory in Chile and whether it is feasible to use Brossa’s creation as a teaching resource in the classroom that facilitates understanding and connection between the different processes of identity formation.
