  • The article offers information on the panel discussion on the knowledge management (KM) system of the law firms which featured several legal professional including Kate Stanfield, Susanne Homer and Patrick DiDomenico. Topics discussed include use of knowledge management for improving quality, efficiency and effectiveness, labour intensive initiatives of KM and need to avoid the mistakes that law firms can make when creating or implementing a knowledge management system.
