Evitar el dolor, como experiencia sensitiva negativa que puede sufrir el paciente, supone un reto que debemos tratar de identificar lo antes posible.
Este trabajo tiene como objetivo determinar cómo afecta el dolor en el paciente con heridas y proponer medidas específicas que posibiliten tanto su detección, como su abordaje adecuado, en función de las múltiples situaciones clínicas que se pueden derivar. Es de suma importancia “preguntar” y observar al paciente (lenguaje no verbal) sobre la cantidad y calidad de ese posible dolor, sin dar jamás por supuesto que lo tiene, o que no lo tiene. Una vez determinadas las causas y características de ese dolor, deben implementarse las medidas específicas (locales y sistémicas) para evitarlo, o al menos, paliarlo lo más posible.

Avoid pain, as sensitive experience negative that may suffer the patient, represents a challenge that we must seek to identify as soon as possible.
This study has as objective to determine how it affects the pain in the patient with wounds and to propose specific measures conducive to both its detection, as its suitable approach, depending on the multiple clinical situations that may arise. It is of the utmost importance “ask” and observes the patient (non-verbal language) on the quantity and quality of such possible pain, without giving never of course it has, or who do not have it. Once you have determined the causes and characteristics of that pain must be implemented specific measures (local and systemic) to avoid it or at least alleviate as much as possible.
