  • The article reports on the impact of reforms made to the Insolvency Act on debt restructuring procedures in Spain. Topics covered include pre-insolvency procedure for debt restructuring deals, the fourth Additional Disposition of the Spanish Insolvency Act, and improvement in Spain's institutions and procedures to keep pace with the amendment made to the law.
