    El presente trabajo indaga en los antecedentes y en los debates parlamentarios del proyecto de ley de constitución de los Tribunales del Trabajo en la provincia de Buenos Aires de 1948 con el objetivo de considerar los esfuerzos tendientes a modificar la distribución territorial del Poder Judicial bonaerense. Dichos debates fueron importantes en la medida en que establecieron nuevas cabeceras para las sedes de los tribunales de aquellas establecidas en los seis departamentos judiciales existentes hasta ese momento. Este proceso de modificación territorial es importante para comprender el surgimiento de nuevos Departamentos Judiciales con posterioridad a la sanción de esta ley cuyas cabeceras serán las sedes de los nuevos departamentos.

    This paper explores the background and the parliamentary debates of Labour´s Court constitution bill in the state of Buenos Aires in the year 1948 with the aim of considering the efforts to modify the spatial distribution of the state´s Judiciary. Such debates were important insofar as they established new headers for the offices of the courts of those established in the six existing judicial departments so far. This territorial change process is important for understanding the emergence of new judicial departments after the enactment of this Act, whose header will be the offices of the new departments.
