La aparición de un nuevo capitel fabricado para el califa al Hakam II bajo la dirección del gran fata Sukkar en el año 362 H. (972/3 d.C.), ha sido un importante hallazgo puesto que solamente se conocen de estas serie otros dos y se encuentran fuera de España, este hecho ha motivado el hacer un estudio en profundidad del nuevo capitel, estudiar sus referencias históricas, estudiar de la zona de su ubicación actual y comparar la nueva pieza con los otros dos capiteles de dicha serie

The emergence of a new capital built for the Caliph al-Hakam II under the direction of the great fata Sukkar of the year 362 A.H. (972/3 A.D.) has been an important finding since only these characteristics are known and two are outside Spain, this has motivated the make in-depth study of the new capital, study their historical references, study area from its current location and compare the new part with the other two capitals of the series.
