Resumen de Plan de actividades físico­recreativas de la Escuela Primaria „Quintín Bandera Betancourt‟

  Las actividades físicas de tiempo libre han sido poco estudiadas desde el punto de vista del impacto en la comunidad a pesar de saber que las mismas son de necesidad para la calidad de vida del hombre tanto de la ciudad como del campo; sin dudas la recreación beneficia al hombre desde muchos puntos de vista tales como salud, cognoscitivamente, motrizmente, mentalmente. La metodología utilizada, tenemos los métodos teóricos, empíricos y matemáticos, dentro de los teóricos, utilizamos la Revisión bibliográfica, el Análisis y síntesis, como método empíricos realizamos, la Observación no estructurada, la Técnica de entrevista y la técnica de Encuesta además de los Procedimientos matemáticos como el Análisis porcentual simple, para dar respuesta a las tareas de la investigación y cumplir con el objetivo del trabajo. Esta investigación se llevó a cabo con el objetivo de brindar una herramienta para la toma de decisiones por parte de los profesores de Recreación al planificar las actividades físico­recreativas en la escuela primaria “Quintín Bandera Betancourt” del municipio Cotorro, teniendo en cuenta los gustos y preferencias de estos alumnos.

  The physical activities of free time have been little studied from the point of view of the impact in the community in spite of knowing that the same ones are of necessity for the quality of the so much man's of the city life like of the field; without doubts the recreation benefits the man from many such points of view as health, cognitively and mentally. The used methodology, we have the theoretical, empiric and mathematical methods, inside the theoretical ones, we use the bibliographical Revision, the Analysis and synthesis, as empiric method we carry out, the not structured Observation, the interview Technique and the technique of Survey besides the mathematical Procedures as the simple percentage Analysis, to give answer to the tasks of the investigation and to fulfill the objective of the work. This investigation was carried out with the objective of offering a tool for the taking of decisions on the part of the professors of Recreation when planning the physical­recreational activities in the primary school “Quintin Bandera Betancourt” of the municipality Cotorro, keeping in mind the likes and these students' preference.
