El presente artículo busca reflexionar sobre los druidas y su relación con Roma, ya que estos vincularon a la sociedad celta liderando en cierto modo la rebeldía dentro de una compleja relación con el Imperio. La globalización romana integró a los nativos del mundo antiguo, sin embargo, hubo controversias entre la dominación romana y la identidad autóctona. Se analizaron las fuentes clásicas que reflejan al druida, no obstante asumiendo que son visiones sesgadas por el prejuicio de la barbarie. De hecho, afirmamos que los druidas representan la identidad y la resistencia del dominado al dominador.
The following article is aimed to make you reflect on Druid people and their relationship with the Roman Empire. Druids got the Celtic society involved into a complex relationship with the Roman Empire due to the way in which they leaded the Celtic rebelliousness. The Roman globalization integrated all of the natives of the ancient world. However there was much controversy on the roman domination and the indigenous identity. The classic sources that show the druid people were analized. However, even assuming that these sources are cut visions because of the prejudice of the druid savagery, we can assure you that druid people represent the identity and the resistance of the dominated over the domineering one.
