    Este artículo de reflexión tiene como objetivo analizar la gestión educativa como un componente importante en la educación, y más exactamente, el papel fundamental que tiene en los procesos de formación docente en la universidad; la gestión optimiza todos los procesos de la  universidad. De este modo, lo primero, es definir qué es gestión, luego, qué es gestión educativa y finalizar con el análisis de ésta en la universidad. Esta distribución permite empezar del concepto general y así lograr comprender lo particular, de lo cual se puede concluir que es necesaria una relación significante entre la gestión y la formación docente.Palabras clave: Formación de docentes – Gestión Educativa – Innovación Educativa – Univers

    This reflection article aims to analyze the educational management as an important component in education, and more precisely, the fundamental role that has in the process of teacher training at the University; management streamlines all processes of the University. In this way, the first thing, is define what is management, then, what is educational management and finalize with the analysis of education management at the University. This distribution allows starting from the general concept and thus, to achieve understanding particular, which it can conclude that is necessary a significant relationship between the management and teacher training.Keywords: Education Management – Training Teacher – Educational Innovation – University
