    Las acciones de wrongful birth y wrongful life tienen lugar cuando se produce el nacimiento de un hijo con discapacidad, malformación o enfermedad ante la actuación negligente del profesional sanitario por no haber practicado las pruebas diagnósticas prenatales oportunas, o de realizarlas de forma incorrecta, o no haber informado a los progenitores sobre la pertinencia de tales pruebas, o de la situación patológica del hijo, privando a la madre gestante de la posibilidad de abortar en tiempo legal. Por su parte, la acción de wrongful conception opera sobre el nacimiento de hijo sano, pero no deseado ante la práctica negligente de operaciones de esterilización o de colocación de un mecanismo anticonceptivo, o practicados de modo correcto tales intervenciones, se omite la oportuna información sobre sus consecuencias. En el análisis de tales acciones se va central principalmente el presente estudio, sin perjuicio de hacer también referencia a otros supuestos de daños en la procreación.

On te analysis of such actios it is going to centre on the present study without prejudice of also refering to other suppositions of damages in the procreations.
