    El presente artículo trata de analizar el legado artístico del linaje valenciano de los Rabassa de Perellós. Por lo tanto analiza un periodo de tiempo que abarca desde el siglo XIV hasta 1843, año de la muerte del V marqués de Dos Aguas, ultimo de este linaje. Para ello nos hemos basado en un amplio repertorio de fuentes secundarias, al ser casi inexistentes las fuentes primarias procedentes del archivo de la Casa. Una de las fuentes más importantes para esta investigación, ha sido el catálogo que se editó con motivo de la Exposición Nacional de Arte Retrospectivo, celebrada en Valencia en 1910. Exposición, donde los herederos del marquesado, participaron prestando un amplio repertorio de objetos artísticos de la Casa de Dos Aguas. Por último, hemos intentado localizar parte de este legado, actualmente repartido entre diferentes instituciones museísticas norteamericanas.

    This article attempts to analyze and review the artistic legacy of the Valencian lineage of Rabassa de Perellós. Therefore it covers a chronological period from the 14th century until 1843, the year of death of the last of this lineage and 5th Marquis de Dos Aguas. To do so, we have relied on a wide range of secondary sources, being almost nonexistent primary sources from the archives of the House. One of the most important sources for this research has been the catalog which was published on the occasion of the National Exhibition of Retrospective Art held in Valencia in 1910. The heirs of the Marquis participated in this exhibition providing a wide range of works of art pertaining to the Casa de Dos Aguas. Finally, we have tried to locate part of this legacy, currently split between different American museum institutions.
