Resumen de Erro e verdade: a palavra trágica na clínica psicanalítica

Our intention in this paper is to outline a reflection on the dimension of the word in the psychoanalytic treatment, in its relation to the truth. Therefore, we recover the reading that Jacques Lacan makes an episode of the Odyssey of Homer, and the discussions held by St. Augustine in De Magistro. Finally, using the Greek theater, we find the statute that concerns us most strongly emphasize on the word: a tragedy.

Nossa intenção neste artigo é esboçar uma reflexão sobre a dimensão da palavra na clínica psicanalítica, em sua relação com a verdade. Para tanto, recuperamos a leitura que Jacques Lacan faz de um episódio da Odisseia, de Homero, bem como das discussões realizadas por Santo Agostinho, em De Magistro . Finalmente, recorrendo ao teatro grego, encontramos o estatuto que mais marcadamente nos interessa destacar sobre a palavra: sua tragicidade.
