Resumen de Plan estratégico para el desarrollo integral de la Compañía Nacional de Reforestación (CONARE) en el municipio Juan Germán Rocío del Estado Guárico

  Se exponen los principales resultados obtenidos en la investigación con el fin de proponer un plan estratégico para el desarrollo integral de la Compañía Nacional de Reforestación (CONARE) en el municipio Juan Germán Roscio del Estado Guárico.

  Para alcanzar este objetivo se hizo un diagnóstico que incluye la revisión de la bibliografía referente al tema así como la realización de talleres participativos donde se aplicaron diferentes técnicas, herramientas y metodologías como: tormenta de ideas, matrices FODA y Vester sustentados en el criterio de expertos mediante el método Delphi, permitiendo identificar loa principales problemas de dicha empresa.

  Como parte del plan estratégico se proyectaron una serie de acciones consensuadas para disminuir los problemas que afectan a esta empresa.

  The main results are exposed obtained in the investigation with the purpose of proposing a strategic plan for the integral development of the National Company of Reforestation (CONARE) in the municipality Juan Germán Roscio of the State Guárico.

  To reach this objective a diagnosis it was made that includes the revision of the bibliography with respect to the topic as well as the realization of shops participativos where they were applied different technical, tools and methodologies like: storm of ideas, main FODA and Vester sustained in the approach of experts by means of the method Delphi, allowing to identify lauds main problems of this company.

  As part of the strategic plan they were projected a series of actions consensuadas the problems that affect to this company to diminish.
