    Este artículo forma parte de un proyecto de innovación educativa subvencionado por la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Este proyecto tiene la finalidad de conseguir que el profesorado que imparte las diferentes asignaturas obligatorias de dirección y organización de actividad física y deporte del grado en Ciencias del Deporte de la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid aprenda, se implique, reflexione y conceptualice sobre las competencias y los elementos que las integran ante la incorporación y la importancia del desarrollo de las competencias, en el marco de la Convergencia Europea, que el alumnado debe adquirir durante el transcurso del nuevo grado de Ciencias del Deporte.

    En este sentido, las competencias son un elemento fundamental en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje del alumnado del Grado en Ciencias del Deporte y del proceso de Convergencia Europea. Asimismo, es imprescindible que el profesorado universitario aprenda, se implique, reflexione y conceptualice sobre las competencias para que el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje en las asignaturas de dirección y organización de actividad física y deporte en el Grado de Ciencias del Deporte sea lo más eficiente posible. También, el hecho de establecer un proceso de conceptualización de las competencias por parte de varios profesores de universidad genera una mayor rigurosidad, fiabilidad y validez en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje del alumnado

    This article forms a part of the project of educational innovation subsidized by the Technical University of Madrid. This project has the purpose of achieving that the professorship that gives the different obligatory subjects of direction and sports organization of the degree in Sciences of the Sport of the Technical University of Madrid learns, be implied, think and conceptualize on the competency and the elements that integrate them before the incorporation and the importance of the development of the competency, in the frame of the European Convergence, which the student body must acquire during the course of the new degree of Sciences of the Sport.

    In this respect, the competency are a fundamental element in the process of education and learning of the student body of the Degree in Sciences of the Sport and of the process of European Convergence. Likewise, it is indispensable that the professorship learns, be implied, think and conceptualize on the competency in order that the process of education learning in the subjects of direction and sports organization in the Degree of Sciences of the Sport is as efficient as possible. Also, the fact of establishing a process of conceptualization of the competency on the part of several teachers generates a major rigor, reliability and validity in the process of education and learning of the student body.
